4. Main equipment components
This equipment mainly USES CCD imaging principle to take photos on the surface of the pole, and compares it with the standard pole to judge whether it is qualified or not. When there is no pole, the material box can be automatically switched. The manipulator sucks up the pole sheet from the material box and turns it 90 degrees. CCD detects the bottom of the pole sheet and turns it 90 degrees. Qualified products continue to move on the conveyor belt to the above detection station, after the detection automatically sent to the discharging station, qualified products into the material box, unqualified products into the waste box.
4.1 frame system: 4080 square pass welding is adopted, which is firm and reliable, and the appearance of sheet metal seal can effectively prevent dust from entering.
4.2 feeding and discharging system: the universal material box of laminating machine and sorting machine is adopted, and the two stations are exchanged to realize continuous production. The material sensor is equipped at the bottom of the material box to automatically alarm and automatically switch the material box.
4.4. Rotary feeding manipulator system: precise CAM divider is used for 4 positions rotation, 1 position pole piece feeding, 2 positions CCD detection, 3 positions qualified products are put into the conveyor belt fixture, 4 positions unqualified products are put into the scrap box.
4.5 conveyor belt system: the servo motor drives the conveyor belt to set distance, and the conveyor belt is equipped with a fixture, which can effectively locate the pole piece.
4.6 feeding manipulator system: the servo motor or rodless cylinder drives the sucker manipulator to move on the guide rail and automatically sucks up the pole plate and puts it into the corresponding feeding box.
4.7. Upper cover system: adopt sheet metal welding structure, beautiful shape, adopt unique sealing structure design, effectively prevent dust from falling into the equipment.
