1． Design requirements for production line of battery plate of bag type

1.1．Based on the manufacturing requirements of plates provided by ****, this project designs and produces the blank production line for the plate of bag battery. The automatic production line of pad roughing of bag battery includes two automatic material feeder, two independent and mirror symmetrical installation of powder feeder, one loading table (small strip storage), and one embossing shearing machine.

The thickness of the strip is adjustable from 3.3 to 5.5mm. Small bar weight 2.6g ~ 6.5g/50mm adjustable; Applicable steel belt: 0.1 x 21 x L; 0.1 * 23 * L; 0.1 x 25 x L. The width of plate strip is adjustable from 60 to 400 mm, and the shear length of strip is adjustable from 80 to 200 mm. After embossing, the thickness is adjustable from 1.4 to 5.0m, and the shear rate is greater than 25 times /min.

1.4．Performance requirements of plate blank production line: 1.3 under normal production conditions. Requirements of the clause; Each regulation part, feeding mechanism, powder feeding and packing mechanism, forming combination mechanism, pressure shear mechanism, requirements of stability and reliability, easy to operate; All moving parts shall have reasonable, reliable and convenient lubrication mechanism.

1.5. Dust prevention:

1.5.1. The production line must have reliable dustproof facilities, and the dustproof facilities reserve the air intake; There should be material collection tank under each working face, which requires complete collection and convenient operation. Safety door of all dustproof cover should be firm and reliable, convenient to operate and maintain.

1.5.2. All electrical facilities, switches, sockets and plugs shall be dustproof and explosion-proof. The power cord shall have a protective cover.

1.6. After the design is completed, the construction drawings shall be confirmed and signed by party a and shall be attached to this technical agreement.

1.7．Plate automatic production line equipment:

After-sales service commitment
(1) Two months from the date of shipment of the equipment, Party B is responsible for non-human faults in a timely and free warranty within one year (when the equipment is faulty, the after-sales service staff will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notification. According to the situation, personnel must be in place within 48 hours. No later than 60 hours, to ensure the continuity of production by the buyer;
(2) After the equipment has passed the warranty period, if there is a problem, the two parties communicate and deal with it. If necessary, after-sales personnel will be sent to repair it, and only the cost will be charged. Zh
(3) During the warranty period stipulated in the contract and technical agreement signed by the two parties, the company will provide a warranty for quality problems that are not caused by human damage during the normal use of our products.
