1. Overview and general requirements
Aging is an important process of battery after injection, which directly affects the consistency of battery resistance and voltage.Aging system is composed of aging cabinet and discharge cabinet, both work together, for automatic control (single step control), including manual code loading material, aging heating and constant temperature constant pressure control, aging process voltage test, aging exhaust, aging vacuum heat sealing, aging step cycle, charging and discharge (including voltage current and temperature detection), cell screening, aging artificial material code weighing, data system and other functions.
Each aging cabinet requires at least 200 cell operation, the eye-catching exhaust vacuum thermal sealing time of each cell shall not exceed 10s, and the total time of 200 cells shall not exceed 20min.The equipment has the function of recording and displaying process production information and corresponding process parameters such as weighing data, voltage data, temperature data, and vacuum heat seal data, to establish data tracking.
The discharge cabinet includes the production discharge cabinet and the testing discharge cabinet.The production discharge cabinet (4 units) is connected to the aging cabinet to complete the voltage detection and recording of aging and screening and recording of the charging and discharge test; the test discharge cabinet (5 units) is used for charge and discharge detection and recording of finished cells.
2. Equipment function
1) Aging cabinet mainly includes the functions of manual scanning code loading, aging heating, aging voltage test, aging eye exhaust, aging vacuum heat sealing, aging step cycle, aging process charging and discharge test, manual material scanning loading after aging, data system, etc.
2) Record and display the incoming material number, process parameters, equipment process status and other information in real time, establish a quality data tracking system, and can display the process state in real time.
3) Have a vacuum filter tank to filter the absorption electrolyte.
4) Each procedure step can be automatically and manually operated independently.
5) At the same time, the equipment has independent cell voltage and temperature abnormal alarm and emergency treatment capability.

4.1, Aging cabinet
4.1.1 Material on the aging cabinet
1) Artificial loading box, the cell is the airbag up (the airbag has deformation and bending possibility).
2) Manual feed, scan the code to weigh the cells, and bind the data with the cell code one by one.
3) The cell is manually put into the aging cabinet clamp, and the clamp position is bound to the cell code one by one.
4) The aging fixture adopts the imitation design to prevent the dislocation of artificial loading materials.
5) Each aging cabinet shall be equipped with 10 sets of upper material boxes and 10 sets of lower material boxes.Upper box and lower box compatible with different material core specification requirements.Each box can discharge no less than 20 cells (accepted at 128mm 145mm cells)
