25KW Lithium Ion Battery Production Line For Electric Bicycle
1, Background and Conditions of Project Implementation
1.1 Project implementation background
Party A needs an electric bicycle battery packing wiring. This production line is applicable to the production of electric bicycle 18650 48V30AH lithium battery pack.The production line has about 3 designers, and the production capacity can meet the requirements of assembling more than 6,000 to 6,500 qualified 18650 cell modules in an hour. The production line is compatible with the production of cell modules up to 300*260mm.
1.2 Conditions for project implementation
The project implementation must meet the following conditions:
The battery pack system assembly materials shall be provided by the customer Party A;
The battery packaging wiring into the electric power supply provided by the customer Party A, more than 10 kW;
The battery packaging wiring intake and drying air source shall be provided by the customer and Party A, above 0.5m3/h.
Party A's standard plant environmental requirements:
Workshop ground electrostatic: ≤10 to the power of 8;
Workshop anti-static treatment: need to do professional anti-static treatment, the equipment grounding and electrostatic grounding separate
Workshop dustproof grade: 1 million (general environment);
Workshop environment: temperature 0~45℃, humidity 20%~60%;
Air source requirements: inlet pressure > 0.7MPa, dew point temperature <5℃;
Production line power supply: three-phase five-wire AC380V±10%; Frequency: 50Hz;
The incoming power supply shall provide reliable ground wire;
Floor cement thickness (use of fixed bolts) : 300mm
Floor effective height: above 4 meters
Ground flatness: 2m±2mm
2. Scope of project implementation
2.1 Electric bicycle battery packing wiring to meet the requirements and types of battery packs:

1) Cell type: 18650; Cell size: Φ 17.8 ~ 18.5 mm; Height 64.8~65.4 mm;
2) Feeding method: manually load the cell into the cell material box;

1) Current carrier shape: branch chip stamping;
2) Thickness of current carrier: 0.15mm to 0.25mm;
2.1.1.4 cover up and down
1) Maximum size: 300mm×400mm
2) Number of cells: ≤100
Remark:
1.) If Party A needs to produce other battery packs (within the size range of battery packs set forth in this Agreement), Party A shall adjust the tooling related to the battery packaging and wiring of electric bicycles & make and replace it and adjust the parameters of relevant equipment;
2.) If the battery pack needs to be produced beyond the range of battery pack parameters specified in this Agreement, both parties shall negotiate separately.
3.) As Party A decides the product when signing this Agreement, the modification of the plan due to product process changes after signing this Agreement shall be subject to separate business negotiation between the two parties;

The barcode must be clear and easy to read. The barcode shall be printed and pasted on paper, and the pasting position shall comply with the provisions of the agreement.
2.2 Electric bicycle battery packaging wiring design. Type of battery pack for manufacture and acceptance:
