3,Equipment introduction
3.1,Action flow chart:
Manual feeding → manipulator clamps the nickel foam into the slurry pond → squeegee board closes → manipulator returns the material → manual unloading

3.3 System introduction
3.3.1. Frame housing system: The frame adopts square-pass welding structure, which is firm and reliable, and the housing adopts aluminum profile and plexiglass structure
3.3.2 Slurry pool system: Slurry pool adopts T-structure design to reduce slurry waste as much as possible. There is a pair of reverse rotating extrusion roller in the slurry pool to squeeze slurry onto aluminum foam at an adjustable speed.
There is a unloading valve below the size pool, which is convenient to remove the residual material and clean the size pool from below.
Removable front and rear panels for easy cleaning.
3.3.3 Scraper system: The servo motor drives the two sides of the scraper to move. When the manipulator moves down, it opens. When the aluminum foam is completely immersed in the slurry, the servo motor drives the scraper to close, and the closing size is set on the touch screen.
After closing, the straightening comb is pressed against the aluminum foam, and the aluminum foam is straightened. The size of the pulping board is set as the required size.
3.3.4 Manipulator system: the servo motor drives the ball screw to drive the finger clamp to move up and down. The moving distance can be set on the touch screen.
Manually put the pole piece of adhesive tape into the finger clip, press the start button, the cylinder clamps the pole piece, and the servo electrode drives the pole piece down.

8,General configuration and standard of equipment
8.1 The device is equipped with PLC and communication interface with HMI (RS232 or RS485) to check the status and parameter Settings of the machine.
8.2 The appearance color of the equipment is the international standard warm gray 1C.
8.3 Measured at 100mm away from the outside wall of the machine, noise of the equipment ≤ 70dB.
8.4 The equipment complies with the safety standards of relevant national equipment and all safety standards and requirements as required by Party A's relevant safety code.
9,. Quality assurance and after-sales service
11.1 The warranty period of the equipment shall be one year from the date of final acceptance of the equipment.
During the period, Party B shall be responsible for the free maintenance of equipment and the free provision of equipment accessories.
In case of equipment abnormalities, Party B shall respond within 4 hours upon receipt of party A's notice, provide solutions within 24 hours, arrive at the site (within the province) within 48 hours, and repair within a reasonable time.
After the end of the warranty period, Party B shall still be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and only charge for working hours and transportation and accommodation.
Party B shall only charge the cost for the replacement and purchase of the relevant parts of the equipment.
11.2 During the warranty period, the following conditions shall not apply: in case of damage of the equipment caused by earthquake, typhoon, lightning strike, flood, fire and other disasters beyond human resistance; in case of man-made damage by Party A, the damaged parts shall be consumed under normal conditions as stipulated in the technical agreement.
11.3 Force Majeure: Force majeure refers to the objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable at the time of the conclusion of the Contract by both parties.
If Party B fails to deliver the goods or delays the delivery due to force majeure, Party B shall immediately notify Party A and send the accident certificate issued by the local government authorities to the other party within 14 days after the occurrence of the accident.

After the event of force majeure is eliminated, if the party having the event of force majeure is able to continue to perform the contract, it shall immediately notify the other party in writing, and the demander shall provide a written notice for reply.
11.4 party b's personnel (and party b choose transport party) at the scene of the party a, should strictly abide by the relevant national laws, regulations, and party a about the environment and occupational health and safety requirements, should not have the behavior of the pollution and damage to the environment, should be worn at the same time relevant protective equipment, and can't interfere with party a's environmental health and safety operation personnel to exercise their duties.
