This equipment mainly solves the functions of pre-welding, cutting, vacuuming, short-circuit test, welding, cutting, protective tape and bending forming of flexible packaging power lamination batteries. 2. Description of main equipment


1. Positioning system: a positioning system. After the battery is put into the clamping mechanism, the positioning mechanism rises and the cylinder moves to position the battery from three sides. The positioning push-plate adopts POM material to avoid damaging the electric cell.


2. Welding system of positive and negative lugs: the positive and negative lugs are fed with coil material. The inner diameter of the coil material is 76.2mm, and the width of the positive and negative lugs is 8-15mm. When the sensor detects the CELLING piece, the stepper motor sends the fixed length, the mechanical finger clips the pole ear, and the cutter cuts off the pole ear. When the electric cell rotates in place, the ultrasonic welding machine and the mechanical finger move forward. The mechanical finger sends the pole ear to the top of the pole sheet, and the ultrasonic welding machine welds.


3. Pole cutting ear system: after welding the electric cell of the positive and negative ears to the pole cutting station, the pole cutting mold moves forward, the cylinder moves, and the battery pole cutting ear is cut off, and the shape R is cut off.


4. Vacuum system: the powerful vacuum cleaner is placed in the case, the vacuum mouth is shaped like a trumpet, and the positive pole ear is cut off to absorb dust.


5. Manipulator system: the servo motor drives the grasping manipulator to grab the battery and place it on the welding turntable for positioning.


6. Turntable system: the turntable system is controlled by a 4-station precision CAM splitter, and the stepper motor drives the CAM splitter by sprocket wheel. Each station adopts cylinder clamping mechanism to clamp the electric cell. There are two sets of turntable system, one for pole lug pre-welding and one for pole lug welding.


7. Frame system: 40X80 square welding forming, surface baking paint (color according to customer's color plate requirements). The substrate is made of 25mm thick steel plate and its surface is electroplated.


8. Control system: the machine is equipped with independent electrical board, leakage switch, dc stability power supply and other power circuit components, omron PLC, relay, motor control device for control. And external connection, using connectors and terminal table. The ceiling of the power cable is partially perforated. Cables and air ducts between other equipment are wired and piped below.
