1, the box body
1.1,size: two glove boxes of 1520mm (length) ×900mm (height) ×750mm (bottom width) are connected by a t-shaped transition cabin in the middle.
1.2 material: all stainless steel structure (Type 304), thickness 3mm.
1.3 glove mouth: diameter: ∅220mm, hard aluminum alloy material, after anti-corrosion treatment.
1.4 gloves: American North, caliber 8 inches, thickness 0.4 mm, butyl rubber material.
1.5 window: inclined operating surface, detachable 8 mm safety toughened glass front window, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good light transmittance, seal ring with 3/8 inch thick OMEGA seal ring.
1.6 certain positive and negative pressure (-12mbar -12mbar) can be maintained when used.

3. Control system

4. Circulating purification system
4.1 control: water, oxygen <1ppm, designed purification column absorption capacity: water 1.3kg oxygen 30 liters.
4.2 adjustment device: PLC touch adjustment (heating, extraction, purification, regeneration), the whole process without human monitoring.

3. Solvent filtration systemIn order to prevent the influence of organic solvents on the purification column, the bypass system is integrated into the glove box system, which can effectively remove the volatile solvents from the system.
