1. The equipment is used for electrolyte injection of demander ultracapacitor and automatic data recording.

3. Process requirements and parameters
 
3.1. Vacuum injection method is adopted, and the process is as follows: vacuum extraction of capacitor → vacuum degree reaches 50Pa→ electrolyte injection → standing

4. Equipment requirements
 
4.1. It has the functions of vacuum pumping, electrolyte quantitative injection and pressure rapid injection, among which the pressure rapid injection function can be selected and the pressure can be set
 
4.2. The minimum vacuum pipe diameter shall not be less than 12mm, and the main pipe shall not be less than 25mm
 
4.3. The vacuum tube is only in contact with the product, not the electrolyte part.
 
4.4. Since the electrolyte is easy to crystallize, after each injection, the whole injection system will be cleaned with high-pressure gas automatically.
 
4.5. The overall sealing performance of the equipment is good, and the leakage rate is required to be ≤1×10-6 mbar*l/s. The sealing effect is evaluated by the actual liquid injection effect.
 
4.6. The equipment shall be operated in the glove box. The height of the glove box shall be subject to the actual space.
 
4.7. Operation requirements: equipment manual feeding, alignment of liquid injection hole, automatic vacuums, liquid injection, manual feeding after liquid injection.

4.7.2 automatic vacuum injection:
 
4.7.2.1 precise metering pump is used for capacitor liquid injection, the liquid injection amount is adjustable from 0 to 200g, and the liquid injection precision is guaranteed to be ±0.5g;
 
4.7.2.2 the liquid injection system is provided with a liquid storage buffer tank (outside the glove box), the liquid level of the electrolyte is visible, and the pressure is kept constant. The capacity of liquid storage buffer tank shall be no less than 2 liters.
 
4.7.2.3 the vacuum degree to be reached before liquid injection can be selected, -100-10kpa is optional.
 
4.7.2.4 no electrolyte shall be sprayed or leaked during liquid injection.
 
4.7.3 adjustable standing time: in order to reduce the injection time, the device retains the function of pressurized rapid injection.
 
4.7.4 manual blanking after liquid injection: simple and convenient for loading and unloading
 
4.7.5 the device has the functions of automatic weighing and reading qr code, which can match the liquid injection volume, double weighing, and can be output to EXCEL and stored. If the second weighing fails to meet the requirements, the device will automatically sound and light alarm and automatically prevent errors. After manual cleaning, the next battery will be weighed and marked with red in EXCEL output.
 
4.8 other performance requirements
 
4.8.1 all pneumatic standard parts of the equipment shall use the barometer and vacuum gauge of MPa and KPa in metric system.
 
4.8.2 reasonable device structure design, station operation shall not affect each other.
 
4.8.3 during the liquid injection process of the equipment, the electrolyte is not allowed to splash out. The materials used in the equipment must be corrosion resistant to the electrolyte (note: solvent acetonitrile). In particular, the liquid injection area should use transparent corrosion resistant materials.
 
4.8.4 the appearance of the equipment is clean, beautiful and easy to operate.
 
4.8.5 the equipment is stable, reliable and easy to maintain and repair.
 
4.8.6 during the operation of the equipment, defects such as capacitor surface scratches will not be caused.
