1. Battery cleaning and drying system:
The main functions of this system are as follows: the sealed battery is captured to the ultrasonic cleaning tank for ultrasonic cleaning, and the cleaned battery core is placed on the conveyor belt of the air shower drying conveying system. The conveyor belt drives the battery to dry the water on the battery surface through air shower and drying successively.
The battery cleaning and drying system mainly includes: 1 set of cleaning machine feeding and unloading system, 1 set of battery cleaning system, 1 set of air shower drying conveying system.
2. Loading and unloading system of cleaning machine:
The system includes: feeding pull belt 1, feeding manipulator 1 set, feeding manipulator 1 set, manipulator bracket 1 set, protective cover 1 set.
3. Feeding and drawing belt: including 1 set of conveyor belt, 4 sets of conveying guardrail, 2 sets of material cylinder, 4 sets of material positioning cylinder, 1 frame, 1 conveying motor and 1 transition chamber;
4. Technical requirements:
4.1 transmission speed 0-1000mm/min can be adjusted
4.2 stainless steel guardrail adopts the mirror stainless steel tube of SUS304, and the material of the guardrail positioning seat is SUS304 stainless steel
4.3 scratch and damage to the battery are not allowed in the cylinder of material blocking and separating;
4.4 when the conveyor belt passes through the drying room, a transition chamber shall be set on the conveyor belt to place the drying gas leakage in the drying room;
4.5 support material requirement is SUS304 stainless steel;
4.6 the material requirement of the gripper of the manipulator is PE;
4.7 the repetitive motion accuracy of the X-axis direction of the manipulator is ±0.1mm
4.8 the repetitive motion precision of the manipulator in the Y-axis direction is ±0.1mm
4.9 repetitive motion accuracy of manipulator in Z axis direction ±0.1mm

6. Cooperation commitment
1. New equipment promise
Our company guarantees that the goods provided to customers are brand new, complete and unused equipment.
2. Confidentiality commitment
Our company promises that without the written permission of any party, the other party's related drawings, technical information, business information and other business secrets and technical secrets must not be leaked to third parties in any way.
3. After-sales service commitment
(1) Two months from the date of shipment of the equipment, Party B is responsible for non-human faults in a timely and free warranty within one year (when the equipment is faulty, the after-sales service staff will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notification. According to the situation, personnel must be in place within 48 hours. No later than 60 hours, to ensure the continuity of production by the buyer;
(2) After the equipment has passed the warranty period, if there is a problem, the two parties communicate and deal with it. If necessary, after-sales personnel will be sent to repair it, and only the cost will be charged. Zh
(3) During the warranty period stipulated in the contract and technical agreement signed by the two parties, the company will provide a warranty for quality problems that are not caused by human damage during the normal use of our products.
