Based on industry 4.0, the intelligent full-automatic production line of battery plate hair germ is designed and manufactured. The production line includes vacuum mixer, turnover barrel, automatic slurry conveyor, pulping machine, roller press, automatic online thickness measuring machine and punching machine. 1.3. Production capacity and process parameters of plate blank production line: plate production speed is less than 0-3 m/min, plate thickness is 0.1-0.9 mm adjustable; applicable steel strip: 0.1 *400 *L; thickness after roll pressing is 0.4-0.8 mm. Accuracy (+0.01 mm); slurry viscosity is 20-65 Pa.s. Special attention should be paid to: slurry contains short fibers, and fiber length is 1-3 mm. The working heating temperature of the equipment is adjustable from room temperature to 300 and the apparent temperature is not more than 1% of the actual error; the width of the polar plates to be sheared is 40-150 mm; the width of the slurry is 50-380 mm, and the slurry hanging method can adopt the latest technology, but the slurry recovery and utilization should be fully considered.

Performance requirements of the production line of pole plate hair germ: 1.3. under normal production conditions; strip unwinding mechanism, baking mechanism, scraping mechanism, deviation correction mechanism, roll press, punching and cutting mechanism, and inspection mechanism require stable, reliable and easy operation; all moving parts should have reasonable, reliable and convenient lubrication mechanism.
