1. Product Introduction: The equipment is mainly used for packaging the top and side of flexible lithium battery.
The welded electric core package and the punched and cut aluminum plastic film are assembled to realize the manual positioning of the core package into the shell and manually put it into the designated station of the equipment. The equipment is automatically packaged at the top, side and bottom of the equipment, and the finished battery is output.
2, working principle: through the resistance heat pipe to the head (copper), the use of heat conduction effect on the lithium battery packaging material (aluminum-plastic film), under the action of a certain pressure, so that it becomes soft heating close to the melting state to complete the compression and fusion.
And do not replace the mold to achieve the top seal and side seal.
3,. Main Features:
1. Unique safety protection, anti-perm design, the temperature of the upper and lower perm can be adjusted by the temperature controller panel button and the current temperature value;
2. The head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves power consumption, improves work efficiency, and saves energy compared with similar products;
3. The pressure of the upper and lower head can be adjusted through the pressure regulating valve to meet the requirements of different process parameters;
4. The upper and lower head are driven by cylinder and guided by two linear guide sleeves. The upper and lower movement is flexible and the guidance is accurate to ensure the parallelism of the product after sealing;

4. Usage
When the temperature parameter reaches the set value, the hand-held cell will place the sealing edge of the cell under the head to the positive sealing edge position, the foot switch will start, and the cylinder will drive the upper hot head to press and encapsulate, and the aluminum plastic film will be heated and softened, close to the molten state. The hot sealing and crimping action will be completed, and the cell will be taken out manually.

7, Maintenance methods and precautions
1. Wipe the top and bottom headers regularly to keep them clean.
2. Lubricate the moving parts of the ball pillar guide sleeve to keep smooth movement.
3. If not used for a long time, wipe the surface of the moving parts of the mechanism clean and spray the surface with anti-rust oil for protection.
4. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in all parts of the machine to prevent looseness and prevent quality accidents and personal accidents
