Material Overview​

LLZTO (Li₆.₅La₃Zr₁.₅Ta₀.₅O₁₂) is a cubic-phase garnet-type oxide solid electrolyte with superior ionic conductivity ( S/cm at 25°C) and exceptional electrochemical stability (0–5 V vs. Li⁺/Li). Its Ta doping stabilizes the cubic structure while suppressing lithium dendrite growth, making it ideal for lithium-metal batteries.
