1. Main function of this system: paste the outer envelope of the qualified battery
2. This system includes: 1 set of battery feeding system, 1 set of tape feeding system, 1 set of adhesive coating system, 1 set of blanking turnover mechanism.
3. Battery charging system:
This system includes: 1 set of electric cell turnover push mechanism, 1 belt conveyor, 1 set of battery drawing mechanism, 1 set of battery pushing mechanism
3.1 turning and pushing mechanism of electric cell: it mainly includes 1 turning cylinder, 1 turning fixture, 1 pressing cylinder and 1 pushing cylinder.
3.2 conveyor belt: it mainly includes 1 stepper motor, 1 belt and 1 sensor in place;
4. Technical requirements
4.1 the material of the flip fixture shall be POM, and it is not allowed to scratch the battery surface;
4.2 the quality of the positioning plate shall be POM, and it is not allowed to scratch or wear the battery surface;
4.3 the quality of push-plate and pulled-plate shall be POM, and it is not allowed to scratch or wear the battery surface;
5. Tape feeding system:
The system includes 1 set of unwinding mechanism, 2 sets of tensioning mechanism, 4 sets of over-rolling mechanism, 1 set of underclamping and pulling mechanism, and 1 set of overclamping and cutting mechanism.
5.1 tensioning mechanism: it mainly includes 2 cylinders, 2 linear slide rails and 1 tension roller
5.2 upper clamping cutting mechanism: 2 upper clamping jaw cylinders, 1 set of clamping block, 1 cutter cylinder, 1 cutter;
5.3 lower clamping and pulling mechanism: it mainly includes 2 lower clamping jaw cylinders, 1 set of clamping blocks, 1 servo motor, 1 lead screw, 2 slide rails and 1 synchronous belt
5.4 technical requirements:
5.1 the over-roll surface shall be treated with sawtooth, and the rubber belt shall not adhere to the roll
5.2 adhesive is not allowed on the surface of the clamping block
5.3 SKD11 is required for cutter material, and the service life is 300,000 > times
5.4 pull-down adhesive precision ±0.1mm
5.5 the battery pressing and positioning block is made of polyurethane, so it is not allowed to scratch the battery;
5.6 the material of the guide bar below the battery is POM, and it is not allowed to scratch the battery;
5.7 the precision deviation of film sticking is ≤0.5mm. There are no wrinkles and no obvious bubbles on the film sticking battery surface. The diameter of a single bubble is < 1mm and that of a single bubble is < 5.

3. After-sales service commitment
(1) Two months from the date of shipment of the equipment, Party B is responsible for non-human faults in a timely and free warranty within one year (when the equipment is faulty, the after-sales service staff will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notification. According to the situation, personnel must be in place within 48 hours. No later than 60 hours, to ensure the continuity of production by the buyer;
(2) After the equipment has passed the warranty period, if there is a problem, the two parties communicate and deal with it. If necessary, after-sales personnel will be sent to repair it, and only the cost will be charged. Zh
