I. device function description
This machine is mainly used for winding cylindrical lithium ion battery cell. The working process is as follows: the positive and negative electrode pieces and diaphragm are actively unwound, respectively through the tension control, dust removal device and deviation correction device (with the function of rectifying deviation before winding), the diaphragm has the function of removing static electricity, the winding part is introduced and wound according to the process requirements, and the termination tape is pasted. The finished products are automatically blanked after reaming, through the function of hot hole, through short-circuit detection and defective product elimination, the good products are delivered to the collection table, realizing the automatic winding process.

1) diaphragm winding mechanism (two sets) :
