3. Main equipment components
This equipment mainly USES CCD imaging principle to take photos on the surface of the pole, and compares it with the standard pole to judge whether it is qualified or not.When there is no pole, the material box can be automatically switched. The manipulator sucks up the pole sheet from the material box and turns it 90 degrees. CCD detects the bottom of the pole sheet and turns it 90 degrees.Qualified products continue to move on the conveyor belt to the above detection station, after the detection automatically sent to the discharging station, qualified products into the material box, unqualified products into the waste box.
3.1 Rotary feeding manipulator system: using precision cam divider for 4-station rotation, 1-station pole piece feeding, 2-station CCD detection, 3-station put qualified products on the conveyor belt fixture, 4-station Non-conforming products are placed in the waste box.
3.2Conveyor belt system: The servo motor drives the conveyor belt to move the fixed distance, and the conveyor belt is equipped with a clamp, which can effectively locate the pole pieces.
3.3Unloading manipulator system: Servo motor or rodless cylinder drives the suction cup manipulator to move on the guide rail, automatically sucks up the pole piece and puts it into the corresponding material box.
3.4Upper cover system: It adopts sheet metal welding structure, beautiful in appearance, and adopts unique sealing structure design, which can effectively prevent dust from falling into the equipment.
