1.Brief description of pole sheet punching machine

3Main equipment components
It is mainly composed of a unwinding machine, a feeding device, a punching machine, a winding machine and a belt conveyor.
3.1 The composition of the unwinder:
The gap unwinding is driven by the electric reducer, which is suitable for frequent starting. When turned on, the unwinder starts to unwind automatically. When the pole belt falls to the lower limit sensor, the unwinder stops unwinding, and when the pole belt is pulled away from the detection range of the sensor, the unwinder starts to unwind again. The unwinder has a reliable braking mechanism. The diameter of the installation shaft of the upper pole of the unwinder is 38mm. The shaft of the unwinding machine is provided with an axial positioning device for the pole tape roll, and the baffle plate is provided with radial positioning and transmission pins. The unwinder has the function of forward and reverse unwinding. The unwinder has a device to prevent the pole tape from falling to the ground. The installation axial position of the reducer of the unwinding device is parallel to the vertical axis of the unwinding device. The unwinding device has an independent electrical operating mechanism.
3.2 The composition of the feeder:
The pneumatic feeding method is adopted, and the feeding speed is adjustable and matches the speed of the punching machine. The feeding width is not less than 220mm. The pole belt is clamped up and down by the clamping cylinder, and the feeding cylinder is used to push the material. The clamping cylinder does not cause damage to the surface of the pole belt. The feeding length can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0-300mm, and the adjustment length is displayed with reference numbers. The feeding mechanism has stable feeding, with feeding guide mechanism and adjustable pole belt left and right limit mechanism, which can ensure that the pole belt feeding is straight and the accuracy does not exceed ±0.5mm when the edge of the pole belt is twisted. The feeding mechanism and the movement of the punch slide have good coordination, and the actions of feeding and punching and shearing must not interfere with each other. The feeding mechanism has complete and reliable safety devices. The feeding mechanism has sufficient rigidity and should not generate excessive vibration during high-speed operation. The height of the feeding mechanism is adjustable, and the connection with the punch press is firm.
3.3 Composition of punch press:
OCP-80e type punch press produced by Jinfeng Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. is used, with a nominal pressure of 80 tons.
3.4 Composition of belt conveyor:
The belt conveyor is installed at the lower part of the punching machine. The belt adopts ring-type cloth tape, electric drive. The length of the belt conveyor should ensure that one end can be connected to the pole piece falling from the punching hole, and the other end is exposed to the outside of the equipment for about 500mm. A pulley is installed at the bottom of the belt conveyor to facilitate the adjustment of the conveyor position.
3.5The composition of the winder:
The winder is driven by the electric gap to receive the material, which is suitable for frequent starting. After punching and shearing, when the scrap tape is stretched to the upper limit, the unwinder stops rewinding. When the scrap tape falls to the lower limit, the winder starts to collect the material. The rewinder must have a counterweight to ensure sufficient tension on the scrap belt to ensure the speed of the belt at the rewinding end. The diameter of the installation shaft of the scrap tape reel on the winder is 38mm. There is a waste tape reel axial positioning device on the winder shaft. The position of the pole belt position detection sensor is adjustable. The installation axial position of the reducer of the unwinding device is parallel to the vertical axis of the unloading device. The receiving device has an independent electrical operating mechanism.
3.5 Control system:
The electric board is installed independently inside the machine, and the power circuit components such as leakage switch, DC stability power supply, PLC for control, relay, motor control device, etc. are installed inside. Connections to the outside are made using connectors and terminal blocks. PLC adopts OMRON. The ceiling part of the power cable has perforations. Cables and air ducts between other equipment are wired and piped at the bottom.
