2.2 main functions of the equipment

3, Device Description
When the module tray reaches the glue sticking position, the action of the positioning cylinder is blocked, the sensor gives a signal, the Z-axis drives the glue head to move down, and the tape is close to the module, and the glue roller presses the tape head on the module, Y Move to the servo motor, drive the glue head to move, stick the tape on the module, go to the specified length, cut the tape automatically, and then move to finish the tail glue. After sticking one piece, move the X-axis and stick another piece of tape.

3.1, glue preparation mechanism
The incoming tape is manually installed on the tape unwinding mechanism, the motor controls the unwinding speed of the tape unwinding mechanism, and the tension of the tape is adjusted by the tensioning mechanism. The release paper is separated at the movable rubber roller 1 and collected by the release paper recovery mechanism. ; The glue pressing mechanism presses the tape to facilitate the next glue pulling.
3.2, pull glue mechanism
The XYZ three-axis linear module drives the adhesive head to move and stick the adhesive tape on the module.
3.3, rack system
The square-pass welding is adopted to ensure the stability of the whole machine. It is equipped with adjustable foot cups and universal wheels, which can adjust the level of the equipment and facilitate the movement of the whole machine.

3.5. Control electrical cabinet
The electric board is installed independently inside the machine, and the power circuit components such as leakage switch, DC stable power supply, PLC for control, relay, motor control device, etc. are installed inside.
