ZC-LM18D semi-automatic stacker
1 Introduction to the equipment
1.1 Uses
The device is used in a Z-shaped stack of lithium-ion power batteries.
The equipment includes artificial upper pole to sub-positioning station, artificial push robot to take the Z-shaped path, automatic stacking, artificial cut diaphragm, artificial glue, artificial material.
1.2 Features
Reduce artificial contact during the stacking process, reduce the inner short circuit and self-discharge of the core;
The diaphragm actively releases the roll, the tension consistency is good;
High precision;
The equipment is stable;
The user-friendly design is simple to operate.
1.3 Layout schematics
Equipment weight: about 180kg, based on the actual weight, the control of the total weight and load-bearing area ratio of 500kg/m2.
1.4 Structure and function
NO.1 | system | describe |
1 | Support system | Contains the substrate body. The main body of the substrate plays a supporting and fixing role on the whole equipment; |
2 | Diaphragm unwinding system |
Includes diaphragm unwinding assembly and tension assembly.
Diaphragm unwinding component: the diaphragm coil is fixed by the principle of expansion, keeping the consistency of the vertical distance between the diaphragm and the substrate, and using the dc motor to realize the continuous unwinding of the diaphragm.
Tension components: good tension consistency.
|
3 | Pole secondary positioning system |
The pole plate is placed into the secondary positioning platform manually, and the pole plate is positioned mechanically.
|
5 | Manipulator system for material retrieval |
Manually push the manipulator left and right to move along the z-shaped diaphragm path, using mechanical limit to ensure the repeated positioning accuracy;
The manipulator adopts a vacuum sucker when taking the plate, which ensures that the pole is not damaged in the process of taking and putting the pole;
|
6 | Main laminate system |
The lamination table is provided with four plate-pressing mechanisms, which respectively hold the positive and negative plates on the lamination table to ensure that the pole plates do not shift during lamination.
During the laminating process, the platform descent is manually adjusted by means of manual knobs. |
7 | Diaphragm cutting system | After lamination is completed, the diaphragm is cut off manually. |
8 | Control system | Including PLC, system software, control the overall operation of the equipment; |
