1.1 application fields:

1.2 introduction of equipment functions and principles:

 

The device emits x-rays through an X-ray generator, penetrates the inside of the battery, and is picked up by a flat panel detector that takes images and photographs. Through the computer related software to the image processing and automatic analysis and judgment. Identify good and bad products, and pick out the bad products, the front and rear end of the equipment can be connected with the production line.

 

1.3 equipment operation flow:

 

1.3.1 the main logistics line of the customer is divided into two pull-in materials, which are transported to the test area through the conveyor belt; Accurately locate the test location through the positioning mechanism of the test point in the test area;
