1 overview
This machine is specially designed for the coating of battery cell shell. It is suitable for square battery cell products to cover with a circle of glue.
1.1 gluing process: after gluing, battery insulation cover 0.5mm grows on the upper edge of the tape; It is required that the sealing should be tightly fitted without lifting, please see the following figure for details:
1.2 the model of adaptive battery is as follows: the gluing machine should be able to complete two models (42173255), refer to the following figure for details.
1.2 the accuracy deviation of film sticking is ≤0.5mm (if the accuracy of incoming material of the battery is qualified). There are no wrinkles and no obvious bubbles on the surface of film sticking battery (the diameter of a single bubble is <2mm, and the diameter of a single bubble is <5).
1.3 production beat: 5PPM (applicable to all types of batteries).
1.4 the equipment shall be operated by one person and can be used alone or connected with the pipeline.

3.2 main structure description
3.2.1 feeding component: the initial positioning mechanism for feeding. The aluminum battery is placed on the feeding mechanism manually. The positioning block is made of POM plastic to protect the battery from abrasion.
3.2.2 positioning component: the mechanism for accurate positioning of aluminum battery before laminating, and the servo motor drives the pull plate to push the battery to an accurate position.
3.2.3 adhesive assembly: manually place the adhesive tape into the reel to be fixed, clamp the cylinder to tighten the adhesive tape, the adhesive opening mechanism to open the adhesive tape, and the rodless cylinder to drive the blade to cut off the adhesive tape.
3.2.4 adhesive pulling assembly: the servo motor drives the clamping jaw to move up, and the adhesive tape is clamped down to pull the adhesive tape out of the set length.
3.2.5 adhesive package: the adhesive tape is clamped down and pulled apart. The servo motor pushes the aluminum battery forward to form a side u-shaped adhesive package. After arriving at the position, the upper and lower pressure rollers move respectively to attach the adhesive tape to the aluminum shell. On the two sides, the press roller moves separately and sticks the rubber belt on the side of the aluminum shell.
.6 package side tape component: when the battery is in place, the upper and lower cylinder moves to wipe the upper and lower tape, and the bottom cylinder moves to wipe the bottom tape.
3.2.7 battery propulsion mechanism: the servo motor drives the ball screw to push the battery forward, tape is attached, and the battery push plate can be replaced according to the battery size.
3.2.8 battery displacement mechanism: after the battery is wrapped in the u-shaped tape, the displacement mechanism presses down to locate the battery, and the rodless cylinder moves to move the battery one distance to the test station.
3.2.9 control system: the electrical panel is installed independently in the electrical box, with leakage switch, dc stability power supply and other power circuit components, control PLC, relay, motor control device, etc. And external connection, using connectors and terminal table. PLC adopts omron. The ceiling of the power cable is partially perforated. Cables and air ducts between other equipment are wired and piped below.
