1. The system includes 1 set of ultrasonic system, 3 sets of battery lifting mechanism, 1 set of water tank and 1 set of water circulation filtration system.
1.1 ultrasonic system: including 3 sets of ultrasonic shock plates and 3 sets of ultrasonic transducer;
1.2 battery lifting mechanism: each set contains 2 battery lifting cylinders, 4 lifting chains, 8 sprockets, 1 set of cleaning basket, 2 up and down guide plates of the cleaning basket;
1.3 water tank: including 1 set of overflow system, 4 heaters, 1 water tank and 1 water level detector;
1.4 water circulating filtration system: including 1 set of high-pressure water pump, 1 water tank, 1 circulating filter tank and 1 water level detector;
2. Technical requirements:
2.1 ultrasonic shock plate quality requirements for SUS304 stainless steel
2.2 the battery is required to be tossed during cleaning, with a frequency of 50 times /min
2.3 lifting chain is made of SUS304 stainless steel
2.4 the cleaning basket adopts SUS304 stainless steel, the positioning block of the battery in contact with the battery is made of PE material, and the gap between the battery and the battery is 0.5-1mm
2.5 lifting sprocket wheel and guide slide are made of SUS304 stainless steel
2.6 the water channel is equipped with overflow water pipe, and the water level is too high to overflow. The material of the water channel is SUS304# 2mm stainless steel plate, and the outer wall is pasted with 30 mm insulation cotton
2.7 the water level detector is set in the water tank. The detector adopts the float switch. When the water level is too low or too high, the water will be filled or drained automatically.
2.8 the surface material of the heating tube shall be SUS304 stainless steel;
2.9 the material requirements of the inlet pipe, outlet pipe and overflow pipe are PE with a wall thickness of 2mm;
2.10 the material of the water tank of the filtration system is SUS304# 2mm stainless steel plate, and the outer wall of the water tank is pasted with 30 mm insulation cotton for insulation.
2.11 high-pressure water pump of filtration system adopts stainless steel centrifugal pump, heat and corrosion resistant;
2.12 the filtration system adopts stainless steel 3-core filter with filtration accuracy of 20.

1. New equipment promise

2. Confidentiality commitment

3. After-sales service commitment
(1) Two months from the date of shipment of the equipment, Party B is responsible for non-human faults in a timely and free warranty within one year (when the equipment is faulty, the after-sales service staff will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notification. According to the situation, personnel must be in place within 48 hours. No later than 60 hours, to ensure the continuity of production by the buyer;
