1. 2.1 battery scanning and thickness measuring mechanism: including 2 sets of battery positioning cylinder, 2 sets of positioning splints, 1 set of scanning gun, 1 set of thickness measuring cylinder and 1 set of thickness measuring instrument.
2.2 battery feeding manipulator:
This system includes: X-axis servo motor 1, Y-axis servo motor 1, lead screw 2, synchronous belt 1, rotating cylinder 1, clamping cylinder 1, mechanical clamping 1, linear guide 4, 1 set of support.
3. Weighing system:
3.1NG battery pull belt: including 1 stepper motor, 1 conveyor belt and 4 guide plates;
4. Technical requirements:
4.1 thickness measurement accuracy 0.1mm, measuring position battery center position;
4.2 scanning time of scanning gun ≤300ms;
4.3 electronic scale range 0-15kg, accuracy 0.1g, reaction speed ≤300ms;
4.4 NG pull-out band shall be respectively equipped with scanning NG, weighing NG and thickness measuring NG batteries. Each NG battery shall be no less than 10 when the number of batteries is full;
4.5 the repetitive motion precision of the manipulator in all directions is ±0.1mm, no battery damage or drop is allowed

3. After-sales service commitment
