MPP Microporous Foaming Material, also known as Microporous Foamed Polypropylene, is a new type of material that forms tiny internal bubbles through a special process. Its unique microporous structure (cell diameter: 0.1~50 microns, cell density: 10⁷~10⁹ per cm³) endows it with excellent comprehensive performance. Compared with unfoamed materials, its overall density can be reduced by 5%-95%, while maintaining high impact strength, good toughness and specific strength. The preparation process is green, environmentally friendly and odorless, with no chemical residues, complying with international environmental requirements.
