Our LCO (Lithium Cobalt Oxide) Cathode Electrode Sheet is a high-performance core component for high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries, available as single-side or double-side coated layers on high-conductivity aluminum foil substrates. As a classic cathode material, LCO delivers exceptional theoretical capacity (up to 274 mAh/g) and outstanding voltage platform stability (≈3.7V nominal), enabling batteries to achieve compact designs and long runtime—ideal for scenarios requiring high energy density.

    Equipment: VGB-10-I single-station glove box, MSK-110 small hydraulic coin cell sealing machine
    Recommended battery assembly sequence:
    Negative case → Lithium sheet → Electrolyte → Separator → Electrolyte → Electrode sheet → Gasket → Spring sheet → Positive case
  5. Battery Testing
    Equipment: 5V10mA8 channel battery tester
    Steps: Calculate the active material mass, then input the corresponding current and voltage range.
