Product Overview

A module is only as square as its two end plates. This component is the closing part of a large-capacity prismatic stack, the element that takes the compression load at the boundary, keeps the cell row aligned, and gives the assembly a stable surface to be fastened against. It is a single-piece sheet metal part, 174mm wide, 188mm high and 19.7mm thick, produced from 1.2mm SPCC cold rolled steel at >=240Mpa tensile strength.

What makes it usable at the end of a stack is dimensional discipline. Cells are stacked to a fixed pitch, and the end plate must arrive at the exact envelope the fixture expects. Tight tolerance control on the 174mm (Width) x 188mm (Height) x 19.7mm (Thickness) outline keeps the last cell seated flush, spreads clamping force evenly across the module face, and avoids the rework that follows a plate that will not sit true. The black electrophoresis finish is applied over the complete body, inside holes and around bending corners included.

174 x 188 x 19.7mm is set for 280Ah and 314Ah prismatic cells and equivalents. Because the plate matches the cell envelope, installation does not depend on spacers, packing shims or custom brackets.

Insulating Skin on All Exposed Geometry

The electrophoresis layer reaches the inner holes and bending corners as well as the flat faces, providing anti-rust, anti-corrosion and insulation performance where moisture and dust accumulate in outdoor and industrial installations.
