Product Overview

Installation decides whether a shrink film finishes tight or wrinkled. This skin activates at 80℃, draws approx. 2:1, and closes 48% ±5 across the section and 15% ±3 along its length. Heated evenly, it pulls tight rather than shrinking in patches.

  • A defined activation point Shrinking temperature is 80℃, reachable with hand tools.
  • Even draw-down across the face 48% ±5 cross-section shrinkage closes the wrap over corners; 15% ±3 keeps ends tight.
  • A wall that follows the form At approx. 0.1mm and approx. 2:1 ratio, the film follows the group without bridging gaps.
  • Trim allowance in the width 5mm-600mm wide, 2-3mm tolerance below 260mm, 3-5mm above.
  • Covering beyond packs It also covers other products, so one routine serves several assemblies.
