Product Overview

This battery skin is a single-layer PVC heat shrink film: approx. 0.1mm wall, approx. 2:1 ratio, 48% ±5 cross-section and 15% ±3 longitudinal shrinkage at 80℃. Flame retardant PVC also provides the waterproof barrier.

Key Features

Flat width matched to the pack 5mm-600mm in 0.08mm, 0.1mm and 0.15mm walls, from 30mm at 148.8 m/kg to 250mm at 9.5 m/kg.
Shrinkage stated as figures 48% ±5 cross section, 15% ±3 longitudinal, shrinking temperature 80℃.
Flame retardant by material Retardancy belongs to the PVC compound, not to a coating that handling scratches off.
Soft film, fast contraction Low shrinkage temp and fast contraction draw the film down evenly.
Colour as a specification Grey, purple, green, orange and yellow to order; blue in stock.
