1. Device functions

2.3 specific requirements

2.3.1 Apply high temperature tape behind the welding pole ear.

2.3.2 accuracy requirements: feeding accuracy ±0.5mm, welding counterpoint accuracy ±0.3mm, adhesive accuracy ±0.5mm, repetition accuracy ±0.5mm;

2.3.3 adhesive tape efficiency: 20-24 pieces/min (related to workers' proficiency);

2.3.4 service life of tape cutter: > 100,000 times;

3. Functional indicator unit

3.2 component description:

3.2.1 tape discharging component: rapid refueling is realized through manual swelling shaft. And with a quick positioning mechanism to ensure the new tape fast positioning.

3.2.2 tension component: the tension of the friction wheel is used to control the rewinding and discharging of the coil.

3.2.3 guide component: the belt passes through the guide mechanism before entering the pressing roller.

3.2.4 adhesive component: the adhesive tape is unrolled through the unwinding mechanism, automatically feeding materials, and adsorbed on the sucker. When the pole pieces are in place, the adhesive tape is automatically applied, and the adhesive tape is applied on the upper and lower sides simultaneously. The middle adhesive tape and the head adhesive tape can be realized.

3.2.5 pole lug positioning component: the worker shall install the pole lug disc on the positioning shaft, and the pole lug shall be equipped with an automatic feeding device.

3.2.6 pole lug feeding assembly: the servo motor drives the ball screw to rotate, drives the pole lug to feed into the fixed length, and cuts off.

3.2.7 pole positioning component: the worker places the pole into the positioning mechanism for positioning, the vacuum sucker automatically absorbs the pole and automatically sends it to the welding station for automatic welding.

3.2.8 Welding components: after the pole lugs are sent to the welding position, the welding machine shall automatically weld the pole lugs and pole plates (provided by the welding machine customer). Can weld middle pole ear and head pole ear.

3.2.9 film receiving component: after the electrode is welded, the sucker will automatically put the electrode onto the material receiving rod.
