1.1,size: two glove boxes of 1220mm (length) ×900mm (height) ×750mm (bottom width) are connected by a t-shaped transition cabin in the middle.
1.2 material: all stainless steel structure (Type 304), thickness 3mm.
1.3 glove mouth: diameter: ∅220mm, hard aluminum alloy material, after anti-corrosion treatment.
1.4 gloves: American North, caliber 8 inches, thickness 0.4 mm, butyl rubber material.
1.5 window: inclined operating surface, detachable 8 mm safety toughened glass front window, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good light transmittance, seal ring with 3/8 inch thick OMEGA seal ring.
1.6 certain positive and negative pressure (-12mbar -12mbar) can be maintained when used.

2. Transition cabin

2.3 pallet: stainless steel 300mm ×450mm, free to move and extend (large transition cabin configuration).
2.4 vacuum degree: ≤ -0.1mpa (large and small right transition tanks require the vacuum belt display), the vacuum pressure gauge is selected from Germany .
3. Control system
3.1 methods: including self-diagnosis, power failure and self-starting features, with pressure control and adaptive functions.Automatic control, circulation control, password protection, vacuum chamber control with LCD display.Control unit adopts German Siemens PLC touch screen, operation menu optional: Chinese.
3.2 pressure control: control the pressure of the cabinet and transition cabin at a certain set value.
3.3 foot pedal: can control the pressure of glove box, easy to operate.
4. Circulating purification system
4.1 control: water, oxygen <1ppm, designed purification column absorption capacity: water 1.3kg oxygen 30 liters.
4.2 Adjustment device: PLC touch adjustment (heating, extraction, purification, regeneration), the whole process without human monitoring.
4.3 working gas: N2 or Ar (gas cycle).
4.5 circulating fan: German Siemens high-speed variable frequency fan, flow rate 0-100m3 / h, microprocessor control, pressure tested stainless steel device.
4.6 single purification column: German BASF deoxidizing material, American UOP highly effective water absorbing material.
4.7 cleaning valve: Burkert, Germany, fully automatic electropneumatic valve. Modular design.
4.8 filter: high efficiency filter with 0.3 micron aperture filter mesh according to HEPA standard.
5,Regenerative systemUsed for reusing and activating the purification system;Regeneration requires a mixture of N2/H2 or Ar/ H2, of which H2 accounts for 5-10%.
6. Display systemThe control unit adopts German Siemens PLC touch screen, operation menu: Chinese.
7. Vacuum systemAutomatic pneumatic electroplating plate;The vacuum pump adopts the British Edwards vacuum pump, and the flow rate is 8m/h.The transition chamber can be vacuumed separately and controlled separately at any time.
