4. Battery weighing requirements

 

Before each weighing, the electronic scale should automatically return to zero, and the detection data should be automatically bound with the battery bar code. After data of electronic scale is stable, collect data. Vibration of electronic scale should be avoided during the process. At the same time, the former weighing data in the system is called to judge the difference between the former and the former weighing data. If the data cannot be read due to the failure of electronic scale, it should stop working and the equipment should give an alarm.

5. Thickness detection requirements

 

1) the battery test platform and pressing plate shall meet the hardness requirements required by the test pressure, and the surface shall be free from deformation, damage, scratch, rust and other phenomena. When the thickness of the battery is measured, the battery is first pressed and then tested with a high-precision displacement sensor.

 

2) relative to the two measuring surfaces for thickness test, screw holes or cylindrical holes should be installed with installation handles, lifting rings and other lifting facilities to facilitate tooling measurement.

 

3) the pressure has alarm monitoring device, which can realize closed-loop control. (the thickness direction USES the electric cylinder drive to control the pressure, and has the pressure sensor feedback force).

6. Plasma cleaning requirements:

 

1) plasma cleaning parameters can be adjusted; Two large sides and two sides of the cleaning battery (reserved station for cleaning the bottom surface), the equipment is reserved for the exhaust outlet, the exhaust outlet size after the buyer and the purification manufacturer to determine the additional requirements.

 

2) the surface temperature of the cell during cleaning shall not exceed 60℃.

 

7. Envelope requirements

 

1) the envelop starts from the side, and the blue film on four sides (two large sides and two sides) is folded with top and bottom edges. The mechanism design should meet the technological requirements of starting the envelop on the bottom and five sides (including the bottom).

 

2) there should be no obvious misplacement, warping, bubble, folding, battery leakage and other undesirable phenomena on each lamination surface after the envelopment. The details are as follows: (1) bubbles generated in the envelop process: the diameter of the envelop surface (4 sides) is less than 3mm acceptable, 3 to 8mm allowed, diameter greater than 8mm is not allowed, the bottom diameter is less than 3mm acceptable, 3 to 8mm allowed 1; Do not allow the blue film damage exposed white shell; The blue film paste is not close to lead to a gap, the end of the blue film and blue film between the length of the non-stick is less than 10mm; Bottom hem warped: not allowed; The unevenness caused by folds on the blue film surface: each strip is less than 2mm in width, less than 10mm in length, and no more than 3 strips in number; The pole column edge blue film warped: blue film is not allowed to leave the edge too long caused by the pole column edge blue film protrusion more than the pole column boss; After the envelope blue film surface strip trace: not allowed.

8. Insulation testing requirements

2) choose "chroma19032" insulation and voltage resistant equipment. It can realize the combination and continuous test of voltage and insulation resistance at the same time. The test pressure, test voltage, benchmark current and test time can be adjusted.

 

3) compatible with 54173200 and 54173170 switch.

 

4) provide insulation test and calibration tools.

9. Requirements for attaching insulation gaskets

 

1) peel off the non-stick paper and paste it on the top of the battery.

 

2) the insulation sheet is firmly pasted without warping, swelling or damage; Non-stop feeding can be realized; Adhesion accuracy ±0.5mm.

 

3) feeding frequency should be able to meet the requirements of refueling frequency ≥1h/ time and have the function of missing material alarm.

 

2.12 the device has the counting function, which can record the total number of production in each shift and the cumulative total number of production. The operator cannot change the above data, so password protection can be achieved.

 

2.13 during the entire operation of the battery, no damage to the battery or battery surface caused by battery rupture or scratch shall occur.
