4. Introduction of functional components
Batteries by feeding water feeding, sensors detect the battery in place after the manipulator automatically grab the batteries to sticker position, fixture locating battery, positioning platform driven by servo motor to move to the sticker position, pet membrane to expect cell surface, roller pressure on the diaphragm, servo motor, the pet film on the surface of the battery, at the same time, the rubber roller will pet film formation on the battery, after to set size, cutting knife cutting the pet film, servo motor to move, complete pet leftover material posted on the surface of the battery. The manipulator will paste the above battery grasp into the flip station, clamp the cylinder to clamp the battery to flip 180 degrees, the manipulator will pick up the battery, put into the next film station, paste the other side of the battery.
