3.5. Main components of equipment

2.3.5.7.1 Working Principle of High Viscosity Pump: The drive gear (outer rotor) with inner teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the closed pump body in the same direction, and the crescent plate of the pump body and front cover separates the suction port from the discharge port. When rotating, a negative pressure is formed at the suction port, and the liquid is sucked in. The rotor takes the liquid to the discharge port and discharges the pump body under pressure to complete the liquid transportation.

2.3.5.7.2 High Viscosity Pump Structure: High Viscosity Pump mainly consists of internal and external rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearing and so on. 2.6.4. Main equipment parts
