2. Technical proposal
In this scheme, the battery pole is transported by belt. There is an equal grid on the belt conveyor line, and each pole is transported by belt in a fixed grid. The charging method of battery pole sheet is magazine and two-position manipulator. The qualified products are automatically classified according to different weighing methods and loaded into different qualified product magazines. The unqualified products are directly discharged into the waste material box along with the belt conveyor line.
There are 6 independent work stations in the logistics direction of the conveyor line, which are used to realize the following functions:
2.1 automatic charging station of battery pole sheet
It is used to realize the automatic feeding of battery pole sheet, which is composed of feeding mechanism of loading magazine and two-position linear feeding manipulator.
2.1.1 feeding mechanism of loading magazine
The feeding system adopts the method of magazine feeding, and there are two magazines feeding. During the work, the magazine filled with pole pieces is manually loaded into the positioning slot of the feeding mechanism, the detection sensor detects the magazine in place, the manipulator begins to pick up the material, the detection sensor detects the empty magazine in place, and the system sends an alarm signal to inform the operator to replace the magazine.
2.1.3. Two-position linear feeding manipulator
Grasping adopts vacuum suction method; The cylinder pushes the vacuum adsorption manipulator to move in a straight line on the guide rail. Implement two positions to grab the pole piece. In order to avoid the situation of continuous lamination during vacuum drawing, a deionizing fan is set at the feeding position to eliminate the continuous lamination during drawing by blowing off the ionic wind.
2.2. Automatic weighing station of battery electrode
This station is used to realize the automatic weighing of the battery pole pieces. Due to the slow weighing speed of the pole pieces, in order to ensure the balance of the production beats of the equipment, this special detection machine is equipped with two weighing stations, and at the same time, the two pole pieces are weighed.
This station is composed of a two - position straight - line feeding manipulator and an automatic weighing instrument. When the electrode is delivered in place, the vacuum suction mechanism drops to suck up the electrode, and the electrode is put into the weighing tray of the automatic weighing device, which will weigh the battery electrode and judge whether the electrode is qualified according to the set weight standard.
The measuring accuracy of the weighing instrument is: 0.01g, and the actual weighing accuracy is 0.1g.
2.3 classification storage station of pole slices
The poles are classified into 6 blocks,4 blocks of qualified products, 1 block of overweight, 1 block of ultra-light: accuracy range of 1g per block. Customers can be set according to their needs.
2.3.1 storage of pole slices
The storage of the pole piece adopts the magazine type storage mechanism, which has two positions.
When the pole piece is delivered to the station, the two-position linear manipulator descends and sucks the pole piece into the storage magazine of the corresponding pole piece.
2.4 belt conveyor line
The belt conveyor line is used to realize the stepping transmission of the battery pole sheet, which is composed of motor, reducer, electromagnetic clutch and frequency converter. When the battery pole sheet is transported to the corresponding position along with the transmission line, different functions are realized by the corresponding station.
3. Description of main equipment used
3.1. Feeding mechanism: 2 sets, consisting of a pole-loading magazine and a detection sensor, etc., with pneumatic components from Japan SMC company, detection sensors from SUNXI or OMRON company, and the rest designed and produced by zecheng company.
3.2 two-position linear feeding manipulator: 8 sets, composed of linear motion device, up and down motion mechanism, vacuum suction device, deionizing fan, detection sensor, etc., pneumatic components using Japanese SMC products, detection sensors using SUNXI or OMRON products, the rest by zecheng company design and production.
3.6. Automatic weighing instrument: 2 sets with electronic weighing accuracy of 0.01g and detection accuracy of 0.1g.
3.7 material receiving device: 8 sets, which store the corresponding weight of the poles respectively, are composed of material storage magazine, pneumatic material pushing mechanism and detection sensor, etc. The pneumatic components are the products of Japan SMC company, the detection sensor is the products of SUNXI or OMRON company, and the rest are designed and produced by zeshengcompany.
3.8 belt conveyor line: 1 set, consisting of motor, reducer, frequency converter, conveyor belt, tension mechanism, aluminum profile, etc., the motor, reducer adopts the products of Japan Oriental company, the conveyor belt adopts the products of habasit company of Switzerland, the rest is designed and manufactured by zecheng company.
3.9 electrical control system: electrical control system: 1 set, including PLC, touch screen, electric control cabinet and low-voltage electrical components, etc., PLC, etc., to adopt omron products of Japan, the touch screen adopts kunlun tongtai.
4. Reliability of the system
