3. Process requirements and parameters
3.1. The sample is vacuumed first and then injected with liquid, then injected with liquid once, and then the vacuum and pressure are alternately placed after the injection. The absorption consistency is good, the uniformity is good, the efficiency is high, the precision is high, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

4. Equipment requirements
4.1. It has the functions of vacuum pumping, electrolyte quantitative injection and pressurized rapid injection, of which the function of pressurized rapid injection can be selected and the pressure can be set
