The technical solution of this equipment is mainly aimed at waste lithium-ion batteries. Based on the material characteristics of waste lithium-ion batteries, and combined with the actual process, the positive and negative electrode materials and valuable metals are separated mainly through the method of physical crushing, combined with the process of air separation and vibrating screening. Finally, the positive and negative electrode mixed powder, copper, aluminum particles and other materials are obtained.
a. Shredder: The waste lithium-ion battery conveyed by the belt conveyor is fed into the shredder to tear the raw materials apart; The size of the material is 3-4cm;
b. Crusher: After shredding, the material falls into the crusher for crushing. The mesh aperture is 20mm;
c. Air flow separator: the material is transported to the air separator through the crushed material reamer, and the separator adopts the air flow plus vibration method for sorting, and the light materials such as dust, diaphragm, and material powder generated during crushing are led to the aggregate by the air flow and fall into the separator, and the exhaust gas enters the pulse dust collector for treatment. Among them, the diaphragm paper in the upper screen is collected into the diaphragm box through the induced draft fan, and the lower screen is black powder. The rest of the material is reprocessed in the next magnetic separator. The air separator is a two-layer screen: the upper screen is 30 mesh, and the lower screen is 120 mesh;
d. Magnetic separator: iron shell, cap, positive and negative electrode materials and other substances flow out from the discharge port of the separator and enter the magnetic separator. Among them, magnetic substances such as lithium battery shells and caps are separated;
e. Pulverizer: The crushed material after magnetic separation is transported to the pulverizer for pulverizing, and the screen aperture is: 2.8mm;
f. Rotary vibrating screen: after the crusher crushed the material after the analysis machine sorted into the rotary vibrating screen inlet, the whole system is a closed negative pressure system, through the screen screening, in which the upper granularity meets the requirements of the material (a small amount of impurities such as diaphragm) is directly collected, the lower granularity meets the requirements of the material (black powder) can be directly collected, and the middle layer of mixed materials (copper, aluminum, black powder) is sent to the next process grinder for further grinding. Among them, the rotary vibrating screen is divided into two layers of screen, and the aperture of the screen is 30 mesh and 120 mesh;
g. Grinding machine: The materials that do not meet the particle size requirements separated by the linear sieve are further ground by the grinding machine.
h. Rotary vibrating screen: The ground material falls into the lower air closure through the aggregate and enters the rotary vibrating screen for screening. Among them, the upper discharge port is a copper-aluminum mixture, which enters the next process in the specific gravity separator for final sorting. The lower discharge port is black powder. Among them, the rotary vibrating screen is a one-layer screen, and the screen is 120 meshes;
i. Specific gravity separator: The copper-aluminum mixture screened by rotary vibrating screen enters the specific gravity separator for final sorting, in which the front end outlet is heavier copper particles, and the rear end outlet is lighter aluminum particles.
j. Diaphragm collection box: The diaphragm paper in the lithium battery raw material after being crushed by the crusher is collected into the diaphragm paper collection box through the induced draft fan;
k. Collector: collect and discharge positive and negative electrode powder;
l. Pulse dust collector: collect and discharge the dust and ultrafine dust (i.e., the positive and negative electrode materials in the battery) generated during the operation of the whole set of equipment;
m. Spray tower: The dust gas generated during the operation of the equipment enters the tower from the lower inlet of the tower and moves upward, and through the packing, the exhaust gas is fully absorbed after full contact with the liquid phase, and then enters the next process through the upper dehydration layer;
n. Activated carbon adsorption box: using the adsorption capacity of the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent, the pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, so that it is separated from the gas mixture, the activated carbon adsorption box is a dry waste gas treatment equipment, which is composed of the box and the adsorption unit filled in the box;
