3 CCD pole slice detection system: CCD imaging system is adopted to detect the battery pole slice. The detection contents are as follows.
4, Main equipment components
This equipment mainly USES CCD imaging principle to take photos on the surface of the pole, and compares it with the standard pole to judge whether it is qualified or not.When there is no pole, the material box can be automatically switched. The manipulator sucks up the pole sheet from the material box and turns it 90 degrees. CCD detects the bottom of the pole sheet and turns it 90 degrees.Qualified products continue to move on the conveyor belt to the above detection station, after the detection automatically sent to the discharging station, qualified products into the material box, unqualified products into the waste box.
