3. Mechanical specifications
Main components of the equipment: the equipment consists of a feeding system, an automatic sequencing, an automatic detection station, a sorting manipulator, an automatic discharging mechanism (10 positions), a charging manipulator, a material receiving box and a control system.
3.1 Automatic Feeding System
In this process, the entire battery cell is manually placed in the charging station, the bottom plate is pulled open, the turntable rotates automatically, the battery is selected to the conveyor belt through the turntable, the conveyor belt rotates, and the battery is transported to the battery measuring position.
3.2 Servo Conveying and Sorting System
The servo motor manipulator drives the tested batteries to move and put the batteries into different tracks respectively according to the measurement results. The battery is gripped in the positioning block by suction. When the battery reaches the corresponding position, the air cylinder retracts and puts the battery into the corresponding sorting track.
3.3 Automatic Detection System
The detection position automatically detects the internal resistance or voltage of the battery, and the battery is in a static state during detection. The detection probes are four needles, two for voltage detection and two for resistance detection.
3.4 Automatic Sorting and Conveying System (10 Channels)
According to the detection results, the batteries are classified into 10 situations. After the servo conveying manipulator puts the batteries into the corresponding gear, the conveyor belt automatically arranges the batteries. When the number of batteries reaches 10, the sensor detects the batteries and gives a signal, and the packing manipulator automatically grabs the batteries and packs them.
3.5 Packing Manipulator System: After the sensor detects that the number of batteries in the sorting channel reaches the quantity, the manipulator will automatically grab the batteries and put them into the corresponding bins.
3.6 The life of the test needle is more than 300,000 times. (and automatically remind to replace the probe);
The internal resistance voltage tester of the system is a product selected (customer can specify).
3.7 Receiving Box System
The equipment is equipped with 10 sets of material receiving boxes, each of which can be taken and placed separately, and the sensor detects the presence or absence of material boxes.
3.8 Operating System
It can be operated with a display. The operation panel is equipped with startup, emergency stop, power switch, etc. The computer display screen displays database data.
3.9 control panel
The machine is internally provided with an independent electrical board, and is internally provided with power circuit components such as a leakage switch, a DC stable power supply and the like, PLC for control, relays, motor control devices and the like. Connection with the outside shall be made by connectors and terminal blocks. The ceiling of the power cable is perforated. Cables and air pipes between other equipment shall be wired and piped at the lower part.

Our company promises that without the written permission of any party, the other party's related drawings, technical information, business information and other business secrets and technical secrets must not be leaked to third parties in any way.
3. After-sales service commitment
(1) Two months from the date of shipment of the equipment, Party B is responsible for non-human faults in a timely and free warranty within one year (when the equipment is faulty, the after-sales service staff will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notification. According to the situation, personnel must be in place within 48 hours. No later than 60 hours, to ensure the continuity of production by the buyer;
(2) After the equipment has passed the warranty period, if there is a problem, the two parties communicate and deal with it. If necessary, after-sales personnel will be sent to repair it, and only the cost will be charged. Zh
