Our Battery MPP Buffer Pad is a high-performance functional material specifically engineered for lithium battery insulation, spacing, and buffer protection. Made from polypropylene (PP) as the base material, supplemented with high-efficiency flame retardants, it is manufactured via clean supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technology, forming a porous structure with numerous micron-sized bubbles inside. This innovative production process ensures the material integrates excellent flame retardancy, thermal insulation, buffer protection, and environmental friendliness, making it an ideal insulation partition and buffer pad for lithium battery packs, energy storage modules, and related new energy equipment.
The buffer pad is made of flame-retardant polypropylene foam, a porous foam material formed by adding flame retardants to polypropylene substrate and using clean supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technology. The internal micron-sized bubble structure endows the material with lightweight, high strength, and excellent thermal insulation and buffer performance, while achieving zero VOC emissions and environmental protection.
