2. Oven structure:
1) the equipment is compact and reasonable in structure, beautiful in appearance and occupies little space.
2) the equipment is simple to operate, no professional training is required, and workers can easily master it.
3) the equipment adopts text control valve, vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling, which has high efficiency, saves personnel and provides good product performance.
4) the equipment is divided into upper, middle and lower three layers, 3mm thick 304 stainless steel liner, strong corrosion resistance, single door single control, without affecting each other.
5) the device is equipped with universal moving caster, which can be easily moved when the device is shifted.
6) the equipment adopts 304 stainless steel heating tube coil inner heating type, the temperature control is uniform, the equipment has been 80℃, 100℃, 120℃ and other temperature monitoring points to monitor the temperature before the factory, so that the temperature of each equipment in different time to be uniform.
7) the equipment is sealed with silicone rubber seal strip, and the door is made of 15mm thick toughened glass. Each door is designed with an observation window.

Through the setting of oven heating, heating time/temperature, vacuum pumping, dry air and other parameters by touch screen, the PLC automatically completes the following functions: vacuum pumping → standing → dry air filling → vacuum pumping → standing → dry air filling (repeated cycle);Overtemperature and ultrasonic alarm system can automatically disconnect the heating body.The operation process can be set according to the customer's actual requirements
