2.1.1 function overview
The hot pressing machine adopts 4-station straight line type, mainly including mechanical hand feeding and unloading, automatic hot pressing, hi-pot test and other functions.The sensor in place detects the jacking up of the battery cell after the product is in place, and the lamination cell is manually grabbed and put into the hot pressing station. The hot pressing lasts according to the set time, and the hi-pot test is conducted after the hot pressing is finished.Refer to the layout plan as follows:
1.3 introduction of main functions
1) single layer logistics line is used for feeding: laminating machine automatically puts a single battery into a logistics jig, and the charging transplanting manipulator grabs the battery and puts it into a hot pressing mechanism;
2) hot pressing mechanism: electric cell pressure heating;
A) hot pressing: hot pressing without pallet;
B) parallelism between upper and lower pressing plates: ≤±0.05mm;
C) in the process of hot pressing, it has the function of temperature adjustment. The hot pressing temperature can be adjusted within the range of normal temperature to 130℃. The adjustment precision is 1℃, and the apparent temperature error is ≤1℃.In the continuous production process, the hot pressure temperature is controlled within ±3℃;
D) when the hot pressing time is stepless and adjustable from 0 to 60s, the time accuracy is within ±1%;
E) preheating temperature rise time: the time when the pressing plate surface temperature rises from room temperature to 130℃ is ≤30Min;
F) the cell pressure can be adjusted within the range of 3000-5000kgf. During continuous operation, the force deviation of each cell is within ±0.5%;
G) anti-stick battery treatment for pressing plate: anti-stick battery treatment is required for pressing plate in contact with bare battery. During the hot pressing process, there is no damage or fold on the surface of the battery;
3) hi-pot test: carry out the hi-pot test under pressure during the hot pressing process.
A) test voltage 0 ~ 1000V adjustable, 0 ~ 1000V adjustable, voltage accuracy 1V, leakage current range 0 ~ 10mA, current accuracy 1mA, test time 0 ~ 999s adjustable;
B) the current value and voltage value can be fed back to the PLC system at the same time to ensure the accuracy of short circuit judgment. The equipment has the discrimination function of NG and OK;
C) after the short-circuit test, the discharging manipulator will put the unqualified products into the waste area for manual treatment, and the qualified products will be put into the next logistics line;
