Product Overview

This customizable wall thickness PVC sleeve is purpose-designed for prismatic lithium battery cell insulation and surface protection. Manufactured from high-grade PVC material with a standard 0.5mm wall thickness, the sleeve provides reliable electrical isolation between adjacent cells in a module while protecting cell casings from scratches and abrasion during assembly and operation. Wall thickness is fully customizable from 0.3mm to 1.0mm to meet specific dielectric strength and mechanical protection requirements. Available in both heat-shrink and slip-on types with multiple shrink ratios and color options.
