Product Overview

Our CCS-PCB Integrated Solution is designed for advanced energy storage and battery pack systems. Built with a high-temperature-resistant PCB substrate, combined with nickel sheets and highly conductive copper/aluminum busbars, the product integrates voltage acquisition, temperature sensing, and high-voltage series-parallel connection functions into one compact structure.

Using PET film hot pressing or blister heat-riveting technology, the entire assembly achieves excellent sealing performance, high reliability, and outstanding electrical insulation, making it ideal for EV battery packs, ESS systems, and high-voltage lithium battery applications.

The integrated PCB structure significantly reduces overall size and weight while maximizing battery pack space utilization, helping improve energy density and vehicle driving range.

Compatible with large-scale automated production, utilizing automatic hot pressing and laser welding processes to ensure excellent product consistency and reduced labor costs.

Outstanding Reliability

Excellent sealing, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and insulation performance ensure stable signal transmission and reduce battery system failure risks under demanding operating conditions.

Flexible Customization

Supports customized PCB layer count and copper thickness based on BMS requirements. Optional heavy copper PCB (>20oz copper) is available for high-voltage and high-current applications. Additional functions such as overcurrent protection and fuse integration can also be customized.
