Test Conditions

Room temperature 25℃, rest for 4h, charge to 4.30V at 0.1C rate (constant current), charge to 0.02C at 4.30V constant voltage, rest for 3min; discharge to 3.00V at 0.1C rate (constant current), rest for 3min.

Usage Suggestions
  • If the electrode sheet is not calendered, it generally needs to be calendered before punching and baking (the compaction density can refer to the minimum value in the "Compaction Density" column of this table)
  • Baking conditions: bake at 85-105℃ for 4h (if vacuum baking, need to change gas twice)
  • The mass of active material should be determined according to the actual weighing result of each small circular piece
Important Instructions
  • Store in vacuum or seal with 2 layers of self-sealing bags in a glove box, especially for high-nickel and sodium-positive electrode materials
  • The pole piece is not rolled - roll according to recommended compaction density
  • Coating surface density is determined by actual weighing and does not include current collector
  • Actual weighed active material mass (mg) = (mass of small circular piece - current collector surface density * area of small circular piece) * active material proportion
  • Theoretical active material mass (mg) = coating surface density * active material proportion * area of small circular piece
  • Theoretical areal capacity (mAh/cm²) = (coating surface density * active material proportion * specific capacity) ÷ 1000
  • Calculate specific capacity according to actual weighed active material amount
  • Single-sided pole pieces may develop creases after rolling
