Product Overview

Our CCS-FPC Integrated Solution is engineered for next-generation energy storage systems and EV battery packs. Built with premium Polyimide (PI) flexible substrate, combined with nickel sheets and highly conductive aluminum busbars, the product integrates voltage and temperature acquisition functions into one compact FPC structure.

Manufactured through advanced blister board or PET film hot-pressing processes, this flexible CCS solution delivers excellent electrical performance, lightweight construction, and outstanding adaptability for complex battery pack designs such as CTP and CTC structures.

Ultra Flexible Design

The FPC structure supports 90° and 180° free bending, allowing easy installation in complex battery pack layouts while maximizing internal space utilization.

Lightweight & Space-Saving

With an ultra-thin circuit area of approximately 0.34mm, the product is over 30% lighter than traditional wire harness solutions, helping improve overall battery system efficiency and lightweight performance.

Excellent Electrical Performance

Featuring superior insulation, stable signal transmission, and strong resistance to vibration, high temperatures, and low temperatures, the product is ideal for demanding new energy vehicle operating conditions.

Advanced Automated Manufacturing

Produced using ultrasonic welding, HotBar thermal compression technology, and automated assembly lines, ensuring high production efficiency and excellent product consistency.
